Cancel Vitality .still bill me

I have cancel Vitality in Nov 2015 notice month is Dec 2015 received a email that its been cancel on the 02 Dec 2015 but Jan 2016 I still pay R299 and Feb R299. 03 March 2016 statement shows I still have Vitality after making 10 calls on this case. There after Discovery comes back tell as they cant refund my on my R600 but I did not use they vitality because my understanding is it is Cancel in Nov 2015. I am very unhappy with Discovery service. The same story was with my car insurance one month out there I was on ITC. I AM UNHAPPY AND WANT MY MONEY BACK R600.00
