Cancel vitality please

For the past weeks , I have been trying to reach discovery vitality with no luck, please cancel my vitality, I don't need it, I just downgraded my medical aid you then added the vitality, am getting an auto reply, I tried to call no answer, I hope this message reaches you and you do the right thing please
