Can not claim discovery miles

I have been trying to redeem my discovery miles in the form of @home vouchers.<br> Initially, I had problems with the website in that it would not allow me to checkout. Then when finally it did, it told me that I there was a problem redeeming the miles and it wanted me to pay with my credit card.<br> I have now spent nearly half an hour being transfered from person to person at the call center and website support center, and noone can help.<br> I have nearly R7000 owing to me and it is ridiculous that I have to waste so much time in order to redeem it!!
