Calls not answered

Good morning, I have been trying to reach Discovery-Vitality for the past 3 days, having to wait 20 mins for the phone to be answered and eventually giving up. I called close to 8 times already and all i get is the answering machine. I sent numerous emails aswell and not a single reply. I am not happy with the service at all.
