Call center agent not true to his word

Called in to query my Vitality Healthy Foods points, cashback and gym cashback but could not stay on the phone long enough to get answers. I requested a call back for 12pm the same day but never got it. The agent could not give answers for one of the queries and advised me that he would escalate the matter and somebody else would get back to me, I am still waiting for that too.
