Call center

I am disgusted with the service that I receive from Vitality. I have asked to cancel my Vitality many times and instead of doing so, they changed my plan to a lower plan. Everytime I call in to cancel they ask me if I want to cancel and I say yes, then suddenly the phone call drops. Discovery is useless. Utterly disgusted!!!!!
