Buyer be ware all is not good with the health gear card at discovery

Their device booster programme is an a sham. I bought a device and presented my card at sportsman's and bought the watch. All is good, well it is not. When I queried why I did not see the device registered on the Discoveries site they informed me after an investigation that there was a few hours delay and I should have informed them first then bought the device. I queried the issue on the same day and was proactive, but this is not good enough. This sinks of hypocrisy of the worst kind. My healthy gear card is active and this should automatically send information to Discovery of the purchase, why did I have query it and then be told a story.
