I had outstanding points from September and had tried to get them allocated by Vitality for a while. Either I didn't get a proper answer to my question or my followup email was not answered. Today Bulelwa sent the most concise, appropriate, and professional email confirming the points had been allocated. I really appreciate Bulelwa's professionalism and effort in replying to me better than anyone else had ever rep**** to me before. If all consultants were this efficient there would be a lot less annoyance when trying to get things done through Vitality. Bulelwa is an asset to Discovery Vitality.
