Broken vitality system!

I tried to redeem a vitality reward at dischem and the vitality wi code did not take ! How embarrassing! The dischem till operator kept keying in the wi code and it gets rejected every time. They call some number to report the fault. I have to stand there for 20 minutes while she holds on. They tell her they can’t help and that it needs to be investigated. I phone and speak to kgomotso and he says they can’t help with a new wicode because they have a ‘process’! I had to leave my items and go home without the stuff I need. This is utter bull**** from this discovery company and codes that don’t work and backward processes. Now I must ride out my petrol to go back there again.
