Broken Discovery App cost me to loose a game board.

For the first 2 weeks in December my Discovery app was *******, I tried to report it on the app with the available options. Now trying to sort out my lost game board sending out 2 mails vitality phoned me back, the lady said because I don't have a reference number reporting my ******* discovery app my game board expire and she cant help me. I'm very disappointed in Discovery Vitality, working hard to achieve my weekly goals and now because no reference number I cannot get my game board back. The lady at discovery vitality was very rude and made me feel that I **** about my broken discovery app. Unfortunately reporting the broken app cost me to loose a game board.
