Breach of contract on travel reward

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have paid PTA( R3300) and Durban (R13 500) for the holidays instead of 50%!of the because Kulula website is not working .

I have been promised 50% discount by discovery on this holiday if I am a diamond member . So I will appreciate my refunds on both as per our agreement.
