Why the USELESS bot for Vitality queries? Tried it out on Friday for the 1st time - Oh word, attached a First Aid Certificate which CLEARLY stated the name of the Facilitator then the Bot/*ayley asks me what the name of the Facilitator was - ? THEN, i get a message that the Chat will end soon due to inactivity - but how, when it is YOU upon who i await? Then i get told that my query will receive a response within NINE WORKING DAYS - huh - we can put man on the moon but DISCOVERY want NINE WORKING DAYS to answer a simple question. Typical DISCOVERY.
