BMI testing. Seriously
How can a company as forward-thinking and innovative as Discovery still make use of a measurement system used in the 1800's? I will never understand how you can measure someone's health with a BMI calculation. I have been part of the Vitality product for a couple of years now and every year I have false hope going for my annual Health assessment. This same old ******** test. I am a 28-year-old male who works out 5 times a week. I am fit and healthy but according to a BMI measurement and Vitality's Health assessment, I am considered obese and on the verge of a heart attack. Something needs to change and you need to revise what you are doing. There are much more advanced ways of determining someone's health. Come on guys, get to the times. Simply ridiculous.
