Billing Concern

I am a current Discovery client who has taken the Apple Watch benefit from Discovery, my medical aid number is 1609 201 70.

As a result, I am prudently tracking my gym visits and targets so as not to be billed from Discovery Bank for not meeting the set goals. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing glitches since last week after the gym visits have not been pulling through. Thus , the discovery app reflects as if my goals for last week have not been met (and that I am currently not making the current week’s goals).

I have escalated the matter to Virgin Active as well (see my complaint below) but am requesting Discovery to assist with holding deductions from my account whilst this matter is being resolved.
