Big on Advertise, poor on keeping promises

<p>I have been reporting on Discovery vitality forever.They just dont believe in customer service, or keeping their promises to their clients.I have been struggling with my cashbacks since January 2016.I have to do all the admin to ensure i get my money, and to date i have not received all the money owed for previous month.I contact them via email and facebook, and they keep saying it has been resolved, or we are looking into it, but nothing ever happens.I saddens me to think how many people suffer from the empty promises made by Vitality.They just want your money and always have loads of excuses why your money cant, or wasnt paid back.I dont understand how this can be legal.</p>
