BEWARE WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR VITALITY!!

Firstly they make it as hard as possible to cancel. They might not be able to find a "cancelation Clerk" can you believe it? Then they don't inform you that when you cancel you also have to cancel your Virgin Active separately, so Virgin Active just goes ahead and ups your debit by approx R500 and *****s your money!! Sharks, both of them, BEWARE!
