Beware Vitality Kulula Bookings

Booked a ticket on Kulula www.kulula.com from Cape Town to O.R. Tambo on a "Kulula sale" date. Logged into Vitality option as I'm a paying member only to find out at the end that I've actually paid R80.00 more per person for doing so. Phoned Vitality and they told me that they only offer discount on non-sale dates. Why do you then have to pay R80.00 more on sale dates if you have done nothing else but charge more? No benefit whatsoever. Let's say 1000 people book tickets on a sale date you get R80 000.00 for nothing. Who knows how many people book on this day. Did you inform any of your members not to log into the Vitality option on sale dates? Just charging more. Most clients won't even know that they paid the R80.00 more. Be aware.
