Begining to hate Vitality

Discovery has a good initiative by having Vitality but the poor administration is on another level. It takes 6-8 weeks for Vitality to “refund” someone (so they say) but I have never received my refund from them despite weiting to me saying that it will be done between 6-8 weeks, the communication that said that was in April 25, 2022; eleven (11) weeks back.

I love them but their refund process SUCKS
