BE CAREFULL: DISCOVERY VITALITY MIGHT BE RIPPING YOU OFF WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE

I alerted Discovery 4 months ago their formulas for calculation of maximum heart rates are wrong. The problem lies in the rounding off of numbers. It is a simple formula that can be rectified in seconds on their database. Say for instance you calculated your heart rate should be 220 - 57 (your age) = 163 X80% which gives 130.4. You do a workout for 30 minutes and your average heart rate was 130. Guess what ? Discovery rounds it off to 131 and you will only receive 200 point as though you only achieved a 70-79% heart rate. I was promised this fault will be rectified 4 months ago, but clearly nothing materialised. The answer is obvious - the less members achieve their goals - the less rewards and the more penalties! Go and do the calculations yourself, do not trust Discoverie's calculator.

I am still only being bombarded with convoluted statements (telephonically) as to why the rounding off works differently with Vitality as is customary. These statements are also contradicting previous (telephonic) admissions that they are in the wrong and this should be rectified.
When I ask for an explanation in writing, I am strangely met with a deafening silence.
