Bait advertising

1) I joined Virgin active gym and vitality was subsidizing the cost by 80%. I paid a large joining fee and now Vitality reduces their subsidy to 75% resulting in an increase of 35% when Virgin 's increase was just 7.6%. I would not have joined had I known I would have increases of 35%! Emailed Barry but as previous complainants indicate, he does not respond.<br> <br> 2) I achieved my gym goals and was rewarded with a smoothie voucher to redeem but after ordering same, I was told the voucher was invalid!<br> <br> 3) The discovery insure ad says free Car Hire with discovery insure. Not so, both my wife and I pay almost R100 in total pm for this FREE service.<br> <br> Come on get your act together, until then be warned members of the public!
