Bad Vitality points contact responses

I find their contact numbers and Email difficult to get a response from. When I sent a complaint to the Vitality Email about ignoring my Ophthalmic results from ExecuSpecs the Email on their site bounced with the following message : Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to *** because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email
