bad system

hi <br> <br> I received a mail from discovery saying that i did not see the gym in 2014 36 times and only went 32 times.<br> this is totally incorrect as i went much more than 36 times.at some times gym system was down and sometimes load shedding,why should i be penalized as the gym did not get my details in?<br> if you can go threw security cameras you will be able to see i was there a lot more than 36 times.
