Bad service Virgin Active and Kulula Comair

Discovery Vitality is not what it used to be. We have been on diamond status for years. It is a constant battle to get gym points uploaded - it is not automated like it used to be and I regularly have to email to get the points for the workouts. And travel used to be one of the benefits of Vitality. Well that is now such a liability to the program. The service from Comair and Kulula is non existent. Discovery should really kick them out as a partner and get a reliable travel partner. Right now they are doing more damage to your brand than good. Sadly what used to be a great incentive and loyalty program is now getting to be too much effort.
