Bad service

Pathetic service from Discovery Vitality. Since Feb 2020 no payment has been made to us for cash back even after changing bank accounts via a form we were told to submit with 5he permission from main policy holder. Remains, call me backs and calling discovery help line is just a nightmare. No response. Really bad service
