Bad service

Clearly discovery doesn't care, I have called, emailed, chatted with the discovery agents on WhatsApp and my query to vitality travel has still not been attended to. I want to book a flight for a toddler but thier system won't allow me and I have to contact the travel team who are just not available not available and not responding, one holds for hours on end just to have the call drop after 2 hours
