Bad service by Discovery Vitality

According to Vitality, I can earn points back by linking my Vitality to my SA handicap app; its been ten weeks now and several calls and emails and hello peter. Still at the same point as weak 1 (pending). That is now ten scores read in with Vitality always on pending. You get 100 points for every golf game.
