BAD SERVICE and FALSE ADVERTISING, shifting blame

This is a complaint of false advertising from Vitality and there terrible service. Really bad. I received a voucher to say that as a reward I could receive a drink from either Vida E or Kuai for the rewards reached. It clearly states that I can have ANY drink from their drinks menu. I went into Vida E to cash in my reward received from Vitality and when they try give me the reward Vida E tell me that I can only have a coffee when the voucher and Discovery website clearly say \any drink from the menu""; no-one as even given me an update of what is happening;I am the one that has to keep calling in and they still are not able to give me any information. Absolutely shocking service not to mention false advertising. Please don't support these people."""
