Bad service

Hi Team

I am still waiting for my race number, T shirt for vitality until to date . I have registered in December 2018 and email the ASA form but to date I have received nothing . I phoned two times to date with no positive result.

I also activated my shoe boost and both the shoe on the same date but I was told I don’t qualify I after I phoned last week.

Can somebody attend to my query
