Bad service

I bought tracking devices and exchanged for another ones due to various reasons. Dischem confirms all is reflecting on their side. Discovery vitality has not given me cash back with R1000 claiming l didn't exchange but returned the devices.

This is my second complain and still no solution. Why do.l have health, credit card and insurance with you again. As it's clear my issue means nothing as it's been over 5months and still no joy for me.
