Bad customer service by discovery vitality

Discovery Vitality has extremely bad customer service. I have had a query with them on going since February. After numerous phone calls and emails and many promises this query has still not been resolved after 7 months. I am utterly disappointed in their total lack of service. I could not endorse this product any longer.
