bad customer service

I have been waiting approximately a month now for a refund which discovery agreed to, because of an Emirates flight that was cancelled. A week ago I emailed discovery to ask why my refund had not appeared in my account yet? I never heard from Discovery and Im STILL waiting! How can it take more than a month to refund me????
