Bad Attitude - Ignoring A Client

One would expect an Executive Relationship Manager to provide you with the utmost integrity and respect. This was certainly not the case with Kholofelo Marutha, the Executive Relationship Manager at Discovery Vitality. Granted the fact that he went on leave, he notified me, however was it not his duty to follow-up on queries that he had prior to going on leave?

I as the client had to again follow-up and the following occurred:

· No telephone call to apologise and then give me comprehensive feedback, instead emails from Kholofelo Marutha, back and forth,

· Providing the customer with false hopes and promises

· Not investigating the matter to the fullest – No proof can be provided that it has been,

· Ignoring my replies,

· Assuming that the query is resolved and assuming that the client is satisfied with the outcome

Question: What is the portfolio of an Executive Relationship Manager and why am I not receiving the desired outcome?

I have not received answers to my questions , so I fail to see why he has made that comment.

Utterly disgusting and a pathetic reflection on Discovery.
