Bad Attitude

Thank you to Joe Maharaj at Discovery in the vitality department AKA Mr Know It All for being of no help to me. you seem to forget that I am you client and without first listening to me you cannot respond to what I have to say. it is of utmost importance that you first listen carefully to what you client has to say and then try to respond. but if you keep cutting me short of keep interrupting me after every 2 words then you are of no use. it also doesn't help telling me your ranking at the institution with ego when you are not even able to do a simple thing like listen to me properly before trying answer anything that I have not finished asking. I also wonder since you were behaving like Mr know it all why you could not locate the dietician I am using as I found it again on you website just after chatting to you and you claim there is only one centre in sandton. I would like for a senior vitality manager to call me so I can put the query I have at rest for once and for all. I have dealt with numerous consultants but I cannot get the issue sorted out. if you not a senior manager then do not call me. if you cant resolve my issue I will cancel vitality and join momentum multiply.
