Backlog Vitality points

I went to gym to make my 36 visits to keep discount! The gym system were offline so the visit was captured manually by gym and they sent me a screen shot. I logged call via mail with no joy even received mail to say completed. I logged another one with no joy I phoned consultant said he will get back to me last Friday DID <br> NOT HAPPEN HE STATED VITALITY HAS A BACK LOG! I JUST RECEIVED MAIL STATING MY DISCOUNT HAS <br> RESET BECAUSE I DID NOT MAKE MY VISITS SO FALSE! I did make my visits VITALITY HAS NOT FIXED MY ONE MISSING VISIT! !!!!! This is not my fault and I am sick of discovery poor poor service!
