BA refund

I bought flights on BA last month and have been trying to get a refund from Discovery. I went so far as to open an account with Discovery (which was a week long mission to open!), but cannot get hold of anybody at Vitality to assist with the refund.

Please can someone assist. It feels like I am dealing with home affairs!
