Apple Watch transfer nightmare
On the 9th of February my husband submitted a Apple Watch transfer application and upload the completed application form on the Discovery website. He subsequently received an email on the 11th of February stating that the completed application form is unclear and that a clearer copy should be submitted. Discovery attached a new application form to their mail dated the 11th of February. The original application form was checked and re-submitted on the 12th of February only to receive another request for the completed application form which was again mailed on the 13th of February. After the third mail submission of the application form Discovery confirmed receipt on the 15th of February and advised that we could expect an outcome within 3 to 10 working days. On the 28th of February may husband received a mail to advise that the INCORRECT application form was completed and that a new form had to be completed and same was attached. I was shocked to learn that the application form submitted was in fact incorrect but it was even more alarming that they advised us after the SLA has lapsed and that Discovery supp**** the initial application form. I am very frustrated and wonder if this is a stalling tactic for Discovery to not approve transfer after the 60 days of transfer period has lapsed! we completed and submitted the new application form on the 1st of March and I insisted that the application is expedited but are yet to receive a reply.
