Apple watch points not being awarded. NO EMAIL RESPONSE!

<p>Discovery has not been awarding me my Vitality points from my workouts for my Apple watch. I have sent several emails complaining which have been IGNORED!!! Shocking customer service! I refuse to pay for my watch this month because of a problem which has not being resolved! PLEASE SORT OUT BY THE END OF TODAY! </p>
