Apple Watch payment

I have been receiving emails of a failed payment for my Apple Watch but to my surprise I have been achieving my goals. When I call their call Centre nobody can tell me what’s going on. It’s an inconvenience on my part that you making deductions from my account & when there’s no funds I have to sit with bank charges. Am not expecting this from Discovery, that’s why I am doing my bit every single day
