Apple Watch for Discovery

I just want to let everyone know about how Discovery Vitality Apple Watch benefit

When I first took out the apple watch with discovery I made very sure that I would be able to meet the weekly goals, after I received my watch short after that discovery changed the way points are earned like 300 points for 12500 steps they decided to remove that option, so I call discovery and I complained about that, but I was just ignored, then a few months after that they remove earning of 5000 steps and I got on the phone complain about that, but I was just ignored again then a few months later they decided that they will be changing the rules again, and at that point I was just making my goals every week and putting lots of effort to just make my goals but every second week discovery move up the goal which I was happy with until they changed the rules again then I complain again and again and again at the time I had complained over 20 times or more - then after months of complaining I received a call from a manager at discovery saying they have decided to write off the watch and no further payments will be requested by myself.

I also received this via email......

After that email I did received a bill for the apple watch which was just over R200 so I got on the phone again and it was an error in the system all cool after that.

then about 10months go by and I receive a email saying i need to pay just over R 4000 for my apple watch - so I got on the phone and no one know anything - I then call about 5 times as I did not get any calls from discovery and they promise every time they would call but no calls came so I continued to call them another 10 times over about 2 months - still no calls back....

So now I have a had a few legal letters already from their debt dept.....

I just want everyone to know this is how they treat customers - I have been with discovery for over 15 years already....
