Apple Watch deal and Vitality Rewards - dont get

I signed up for the Apple Watch deal and since I have activated that, it has stopped uploading my points, despite the fact that I can see the data in my apple health app. I did more than 5000 steps on 4, 5 and 6 April. Yet no points! Before my steps from my phone updated my points within a few hours. Is this your way of making people pay for the watch? Whats the point of promoting this when you ignore the data?!? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! When will this process ever run smoothly, I've had multiple issues.
