apple watch billing issues

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>Second complaint regarding this and i am still not a satisfied customer!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emails where active rewards have mentioned i owe amounts of R184.34 for not acheiving all my goals.</p> <p>Emails received on 6 August and 1 September and on the 12 August i got an email stating i missed a billing cycle and the amount is R122.90 - how do the amounts even add up?</p> <p>Then no notification of failed payments for each of the above - but one on 22 September for the amount of R245.79 which is for the folling month due to unpaid amounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested this amount and was told it is made up of R184.34 + R122.90 + R122.90 + R245.79 = R675.93</p> <p>I agree with this amount, but this is not what discovery have mentioned in the emails of penalties, their amounts differ!</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested via email on 28 Sept for banking details in order to arrange for a transfer to be done for the penalties and i am still awaiting this info.</p> <p> </p> <p>6 Oct - i receive an email stating that my benefit has been cancelled and i am now liable for the entire R4600 by 4 Nov.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly my point is, i was notified of incorrect amounts</p> <p>Secondly, no failed payments notification was sent after each failed debit which should have been sent as per the T's and C's but i received a failed notification of a lumpsum failed debit of R675.93.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not arguing the case that i owe R675.93 (if the R245.79 is even valid is questionable) but i would like my benefit reactivated and i would to settle this amount (R675.93) with a reasonable payment plan.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks!</p>
