Apple Watch benefit + debt revie- HAVE NO CLUE BUT SUE ME

<p>In November 2016 I went under debt Review. I contacted Discovery the first time when the benefit could not be deducted off my credit card, as they blocked all my accounts.</p> <p>When I phoned in (End Nov 2016) - No one could tell be what needs to be done. ALL I asked was, to send me alternative banking details that I can pay for my BENEFIT as I am in a 24 month contract. The phoned me back and tried to move the benefit to my husband, but his status is on blue. They said they will call me back - TILL TO DAY: NO FEED BACK OR BANK DETAILS TO BE SUPP****.</p> <p>In the last week I received an attorney letter stating that I need to pay R4000+ something IMMEDIATELY. I responded to them and stated the circumstances, 3 days later they email me back with and ADDED R200 on the account.</p> <p>FACTS::</p> <p>1. I am in a 24 month agreement with Discovery, NOT ONE day I indicated that I want to cancel my benefit. We are currently in month 14 (10 months to go)</p> <p>2. My medical aid and vitality are PAID monthy and is up to date.</p> <p>3. When I phoned in in November, NO one could tell me what to do - now all off a sudden there is NEW rules and that applies? What did I sign in January 2016 when I signed my agreement (REVERT BACK TO THE CONTRACT)</p> <p>4. They cant terminate my contrct because my card is under debt review, I still have a LEGAL contract (and never gave any indication to stop it.</p> <p>5. I am willing to pay my monthly penalties, but NO banking details? Why doesnt Discovery send me the details that I can pay?</p> <p>Please email me ALL CORRESPONDENSE - because there is just NO tracking when its done via the phone</p>
