Apple Watch Activation Nightmare

Hi Discovery, what does it take to activate an Apple Watch? I have been sent from pillar to post trying to just get the watch. Firstly, the OTP was not working and after a week of going back and forth it was resolved. Now the DWATCH code shows that it was been used and Istore Waterfront cannot invoice for the watch? What needs to happen now? I am appalled.
