Apple watch

I got the Apple watch benefit two years ago. Amazingly there is nowhere to check how far into your 24 month cycle you are. This bugged me so I send an email to check. According to them I signed the 12th of March 2016 but they need a full calendar month of my goals so April was taken as the first month. Then I achieved all my goals, so according to vitality that month cannot count and now they made May the first month. But low and behold not the 1st of May but the 11th of May? Where has my full calendar month gone to now? what if I just kept on achieving all my rewards every month, I would still not have started the cycle? Besides that multiple synching issues has made me give up and just pay up every month. Terrible expierence
