Apple Watch

I app**** for the Discovery Watch on the app as per instruction. <br> <br> I rushed off to apple to collect with a proof of payment code and as we were entering it the number disappeared. <br> <br> I have been calling discovery all day to just get the payment code as Apple is holding my watch and not one person can help me. <br> <br> What kind of service is Discovery/vitality offering that it gets escalated but no one can speak to you outside of the call centre??? <br> <br> I am furious about the lack of speed or service in this!<br>
