Appalling Service & unprofessionalism

It's very annoying and disgraceful to be associated with Team Vitality. You've taken up Discovery Athletics club and you are failing to deliver on your promises,I really don't know why you've taken up such a huge responsibility that you can't even attend to.<br> <br> Just to mention my frustration, I've registered for Team Vitality from last year December and waited (and still waiting) for 5-6 months to get the running vest even now I'm still waiting. When I call your call center I've been send from pillar to post and no one is giving a clear explanation as to what is happening. You are shifting or making your problem ours, you don't want to own-up to your mistake and take that responsibility of making sure that we get our kit in time.<br> <br> On the 4th of April I'm running Two Oceans and I'm not sure whether I'll be wearing my running club vest or what, to me that is unprofessional, you don't respect us and what we do. Two Ocean is a big race to us Athletes and to be seen running this race without running club kit it's like you are an armature. <br> <br> I'm a very frustrated member and I don't think I'll maintain this membership for future sanity and professionalism.<br> <br> Just saying....
