Appalling service!

Hi There,

This is the second time I am raising an issue, I was offered 3 months free vitality in January. They debited my salary with an amount of R840 in February, which was my first query. This amount was refunded to me at the end of March. I checked my payslip this month, they have now debited my account with R1110, which I am failing to understand what it's for.

This was supposed to help me in a lot of ways, but has turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Totally unacceptable!
