Appalling service

On the 18th of July I went to discovery (sandton offices/building) to collect my race number as well as my race pack at sportsman warehouse. I took time off from work and my busy schedule, drove to collect the race number, I waited for about 2 hours for a mere race number because they were finished downstairs and apparently the only one person that needed to bring them was unreachable then eventually he was making his way to bring the licences , the person that needed to bring the licences was by the way in the same building but just never made it . I eventually got annoyed and so I left because the agents were very nonchalant about the whole situation and were not attending to me the whole time waiting, I had to keep asking for updates. Immediately after leaving the building I called in into the call centre to lay a complaint, the agent on the call was very nice and assisted me accordingly with my complaint. Fast forward 2 days later I got a call to be assured that my race number will be delivered to me and that the matter was going to be investigated further. The past weekend there was a race (30 July) which I had to purchase a temp racing number because mine has not been delivered. I have other planned races which I now also have to purchase temp race numbers . The service is pretty appalling
