Appalling level of Service

Discovery bank rewards is the most inefficient or *********** unit I have had to deal with thus far. For a company that is supposed to excel on excellence and innovation, their service is appalling. in the recent past, I have logged queries on discovery miles, Contiki cash back, Makro vouchers and Dischem cash back. Discovery has either failed to resolve the queries or took at least 2 months to do so.

I am, and have always been, a big fan of Discovery. I have almost all their products but lately I have been reevaluating my relationship with them. The sheer incompetence has really confused me. Almost every query I log takes some 2 months and, at least multi calls/follow ups, to resolve. Raising a query with Discovery is a waste of time and resource. I am bitterly disappointed on the Discovery brand. Whenever you log enquiries be ready to wait for months. My current reference numbers, both of which I have been waiting at least a month, are *** and *** in case anyone at Discovery cares to assist.
