Appalling customer service

I am shocked and appalled at the service received by Discovery during the past 10 days. They are so quick to debit my account with the monthly premium for Vitality but cannot provide the service they offer. Apple Watch activation - Went all the way as requested to Sandton City - they could not provide a service but took R999-00 very quickly, called the call centre, no one answers, wait is over 20 min - Kulula hotel booking via vitality had issues with a booking for 4-7 December - called call center told me short staffed and now I had a 11.30 booking with the store for a virtual conversation, didn't even bother to call Pathetic
